What's more important? Diet or exercise.

If there is one thing that medicine has taught me, it is that the human physiology is complex.
The reality is that both diet and exercise are important and the extent to which one is more important than another must be discussed within the context of your individual circumstance. For example, the person who exercises consistently is unlikely to improve if they engage in consistently poor eating practices and visa versa. This just makes logical sense.
The key is knowing whether or not your exercise or nutrition practices are good. Most people have a general sense, but others are confused. Either way, I can provide clarity to you.
