Tait BrownExercise Physiologist - Injury rehab / Strength
I don't think I know a single person more obsessed with the ins and outs of exercise than Tait. Truly a technical master, Tait completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) and then a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and is an accredited exercise physiologist.
A very disciplined calm approach ensures clients develop confidence in their movements. Throughout his career, Tait has been exposed to a range of chronic and complex health and injury conditions. He constantly challenges himself to develop his skills and stay up-to-date with the cutting edge of exercise thinking around the world. |

Kate has a deep connection to food and has overcome her own personal battles suffered during her teenage years.
After pulling herself through her recovery, she became a renowned chef. It was only a decade into her career that she realised her passion for food would pivot her towards nutrition. A year after having her 3rd child, she qualified as a nutritionist. Her unique background as a chef, nutritionist and mother of 3 give her a unique insight into how to support your health through a joyful relationship with food. |
