You want the ability to exercise in your apartment or home gym or outdoors close to where you work or live. I understand that regularly exercising at my gym located in the Sydney CBD is not practical for everyone.
So if I can, I will do my best to accommodate you. That is the idea of a mobile personal trainer. These are the steps that typically take place:
1. We can have a discussion on the phone. I can better understand your current situation, location, the facility or equipment at your disposal and what you are hoping to achieve.
2. We can meet, and I can put you through your paces. Once the initial assessment data has been collated and analysed, I develop an exercise and nutrition plan specifically tailored to your objectives. Then I help you execute these plans, ensuring that technique is spot on and that you are challenging yourself more than if you were on your own.
3. I provide accountability because I understand the impediments to a client achieving their health and fitness goals and as such, I can develop strategies that improve compliance with exercise and nutrition plans.
4. I consistently evaluate progress. This allows me to assess responsiveness and adherence to refine the exercise and nutrition plans.
