I offer my unique experience and insights to companies who are looking to develop a health and wellbeing strategy for their workforce. To date, I have helped a number of organisation including the Commonwealth Bank.

A mixture of quantitative and qualitative analysis is best for developing the key insights you need. Facilitated workshops, employee interviews and questionnaires can all form part of the process. Themes and questions that can be discussed and solved for can include:

Organisational philosophical stance on health and wellbeing in the workplace
  1. How involved should the organisation be in the individuals health provision?
  2. What degree of organisational change is required to facilitate the desired level of health provision?
  3. What should the company contribute in terms of time, money, resources and leadership

Understanding the strategic imperatives and determine which, if any, can be influenced by health and wellbeing programs (health outcomes, engagement, retention, culture etc) is critical to the long term success of programs.


Part of the service I provide is to audit the current state of wellbeing offerings in the context of the trans-theoretical approach to behavioural change.

The literature is quite clear, leadership participation in the development and execution of health and wellbeing policy is directly correlated with its overall success. We will synthesise the key learnings from the research and make recommendations to leadership for approval. This will include details about the type, length and cost of pilot programs.
